 We offer a 12-point inspection of your home four times PER MONTH FOR $35

1. Verify security of the home by checking all doors, windows, and garage doors
2. Look for weather damage i.e. water leaks, wind etc.
3. Inspect for pests
4. Inspect for mold and mildew
5. Inspect for water leaks
6. Insure delivered packages go inside
7. Check mail and forward if necessary
8. Appliance inspection
9. Inspect for lighting problems
10. Inspect plumbing i.e. run faucets, flush toilets, run disposal
11. Monitor A/C, humidistat and thermostat
12. Start automobile (upon request. If driving is needed additional fees may apply)
